Vasanai, we’re committed to delivering premium-quality homemade spice blends and flours. While every product is crafted with care, we understand that there might be rare occasions where a refund becomes necessary.


When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds are eligible only under the following verified circumstances:

  • Product was damaged, expired, or defective at the time of delivery

  • Incorrect or missing product in the delivered order

  • Product is out of stock and cannot be delivered

Note: Refunds are not issued for personal taste preferences or delays caused by third-party courier services.


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please:

  1. Email us at Customercare@vasanai.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Your Order ID

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

Our team will verify your request and process it accordingly.


Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after claim approval.

  • Actual timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway policies.


Important Notes

  • Products that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refunds are issued only after proper verification by our team.

  • We reserve the right to decline any refund request that does not meet the above criteria.
