Vasanai, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality homemade spice blends and flours. While our products are crafted with care, we understand that rare issues may require a refund.

When Refunds Are Applicable

We offer refunds only under the following verified circumstances:

  • Product was damaged, expired, or defective at the time of delivery

  • Product delivered was wrong or missing from the order

  • Product is out of stock and cannot be delivered

Note: Refunds are not issued for taste preferences or delayed deliveries caused by third-party logistics.


Refund Process
  1. Share your request with Order ID, issue details, and product photos within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Our team will verify and process the claim.

  3. Upon approval, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Time may vary based on your bank/payment gateway policies.

  • Products once opened or tampered with are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refunds are issued only after proper verification by our team.

  • We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not meet the above conditions.
